Account Creation & Security

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 225 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports approved local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
All withdrawal requests are subject to 225's internal verification process, which is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the account's verification status. 225 reserves the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect suspicious activity.

If an account is closed due to a terms breach, any bonus balance held in the account will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances are subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.
